About our Team

Chris O’Shea has built his career around recognizing a need and finding a way to meet it. He turned an early passion for film and filmmaking into Trial Technologies, a successful Los Angeles-based litigation consulting firm that he owned and operated for 36 years. When Chris retired and moved to Connecticut in 2023, he quickly discovered that retirement wasn’t for him. His first entrepreneurial venture in Litchfield County was Northwest Luxury Transport, a transportation service that grew rapidly—not only because of the need for reliable transportation in this rural area, but because Chris quickly earned a reputation for being responsive, dependable, and exceptionally resourceful. Before long, Northwest Luxury Transport became a trusted recommendation of many of the area’s leading inns and hotels. Among Chris’s earliest and most frequent clients were parents of students attending the area’s boarding schools. Through conversations with those families, Chris began to recognize another need. Parents living far from Litchfield County—and often far from the United States—wanted someone local they could trust to help with the many things that arise when your child is away at school. Sometimes that meant transportation to and from New York-area airports. Other times, it meant helping an international family purchase dormitory supplies or delivering a favorite food, birthday cake, or care package to campus. Campus Concierge grew naturally from those conversations. Through the relationships Chris has built throughout the community, he has assembled trusted local partners and developed a network capable of helping families with needs both large and small. School administrators know Chris and trust him as someone who is reliable, responsive, and committed to finding a solution. For this new venture, Chris has partnered with Robin Chandler, whose experience brings a lifetime of knowledge and understanding of the boarding school world.
Robin Chandler knows boarding school life from every angle—first as a child growing up on the Hotchkiss campus, then as a student, and finally as a trusted educator, administrator, coach, and mentor.Born and raised on the Hotchkiss campus, Robin is the daughter of a longtime faculty member who dedicated more than 35 years to the School. A member of the Class of 1987, she returned to Hotchkiss in 1995 and spent the next 30 years serving the community in a wide range of roles, including dorm head, teacher, project manager, athletic director, advisor, and coach.Over the course of her career, Robin became someone students and families could always count on. She understands the unique rhythms, expectations, and challenges of boarding school life because she has experienced them from nearly every perspective. Whether helping a new student settle in, supporting a family from afar, or navigating the countless details that arise throughout the school year, Robin built a reputation for calm leadership, thoughtful problem-solving, and genuine care.Campus Concierge grew from that experience. Robin understands that while boarding school offers extraordinary opportunities, it can also leave families wishing they had someone nearby they know and trust. She also understands how much the smallest gestures can mean to a student who is away from home.Together with Chris, Robin brings that understanding to Campus Concierge—providing families with a trusted local connection, someone who understands boarding school culture, recognizes students’ needs, and is committed to making life a little easier for both students and their families.
